Presented By THE TAMWORTH REGIONAL GALLERY
This short course is based on observational drawing of the clothed figure during short and long poses. Our vibrant models will present dynamic and varied characters to engage and inspire.
Composition, structure and tonal analysis will be covered in order to interpret the clothed figure in expressive ways.
It will incorporate elements of drapery and portraiture, using a variety of media such as graphite, charcoal, ink and coloured wash to create a broad range of drawing techniques and responses.
While aimed at beginners all levels are welcome. Materials are not part of the initial cost and must be purchased by the student.
A materials list will be supplied on enrolment.
